Site Login Issues Reported

We are currently experiencing an issue with some users not being able to successfully login to the CIMug site.  Much like it was in 2010, clearing your browser's cache appears to resolve the issue.

If you are still experiencing login issues after removing your OSGug and UCAIug related browser cookies, please contact me at tony at cimug dot org for support.  In your email, please include what operating system, browser, and the URL you are trying to access.


We are finding that in Internet Explorer especially, using the feature that allows you to delete all cookies at once isn't really working for most people.  You will likely have to manually search and delete all cookies in your Temporary Internet Files folder that have a site with 'cimug' in the URL, not the cookie or file name.  I have done this with other users in the past via GoToMeeting, and am happy to offer the same to you if you'd like.  Just let me know via email or use the CIMug Help Desk to log a service request.
